Location

Insight CCTV/Jetting Ltd is a Hamilton-based company with office and factory premises located at 95 Colombo St, Frankton, Hamilton. All directors and staff are Hamilton domiciled. Our company prides itself on employing local staff with a thorough knowledge of the region and its environment. Our  team is a small, highly qualified unit, all trained to operate the various facets of the business carrying out extensive work in Hamilton and also the greater Waikato. 

Resources

Insight CCTV/Jetting Ltd has kept up-to-date with the worlds technologies’ in this field and has always purchased brand new equipment. Insights latest suction unit is now operational and has completed successful jobs for Hamilton City Council. All computer/communications hardware/safety equipment has recently been up-graded for the Hamilton office.

Management

The Insight CCTV/Jetting Management Team not only has extensive, in-depth industry knowledge, it also has a wealth of experience in dealing with local bodies and meeting local body requirements. A significant proportion of Hamilton City Councils present CCTV systems were implemented by Insight giving us a thorough knowledge of council requirements. Insight CCTV/Jetting Ltd operates as a tight efficient team.  All staff members are viewed as an integral part of the total operation, and their input is valued. 

Health and Safety, Staff Training

All Staff are trained in their particular field, with key personnel trained in all of Insight's operational units. Health and Safety training is of paramount importance, and it is mandatory for all supervisory staff to sit the St Johns First Aid Certificate and to attend training programmes. All machinery and safety equipment has been purchased new and is well maintained.  Protective clothing is supplied to all staff and is mandatory. 

Key Personnel 

Lyndon Cooper – General Manager

Lyndon has been with Insight since January 2002.  He has been trained by Warren Fisher, originally in the position of Operations Manager. Lyndon has gained extensive experience of the regions sewer and storm water systems in his work with Insight. 

Lyndon is qualified in the following areas:

  • Confined Space Entry & Gas Detection 17599/3058
  • Traffic Management Level 1
  • Low and high pressure water jetting
  • Management of site setup and disestablishment

Warren Fisher - Strategic Director

The company’s founder, Warren Fisher, is now head of strategic planning. He was one of the first water jetting specialists and Pearpoint CCTV operators in New Zealand. Warren has developed much of the current technologies and standards of workmanship used by operators throughout this country, and is considered one of the most experienced drainage system operators in New Zealand.

Warren has over 30 years experience in the water jetting and contracting industry, managing a variety of projects. During this time he has developed specialist skills and knowledge in the areas of high pressure water jetting, designing and operating water blasting units of up to 3500 bar.  He has expertise in both staff management and training. 

 

Sean Dockary – Operations Manager

Sean has been a part of the team for over 2 years. He has worked his way up to become a fully trained operator in all operational facets of day-to-day running of Insight.

These include the following:

  • Hydro excavation
  • Trained in Cleanflow CCTV data analysis and transfer
  • Traffic Management Level 1

Ashley Titchiner - CCTV Manager

Ashley joined the Insight team over 2 years ago and is fully trained in the following areas:

Ryan Miller, Andrew Goodwin, Dayne Easte, Richard Chitty, Chris Sheary, Evan McLean, Shaun Nicholson, Raika Gregory, Tyler Hall, Rob Glass  – CCTV/Jetting Operator Assistants

All of our team work as a coordinated group ensuring that projects are finished to the highest standards. As part of our training programme the team sit and gain qualifications in Traffic Control Level , in Confined Space entry , and in low and high pressure water flows.  All members of Insight assist in the maintenance of plant, equipment and vehicles to ensure they are always performing at the highest standard.

 

Karen Hopson - Office Manager

Karen has been employed as the Office Manager for Insight since August 2003. She holds  a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from the University of Waikato, majoring in Accounting and Management Communication. 

Karen's areas of expertise include:

Kate Cooper – Business Development Manager

Kate has been part of the team for the past 9 years. She hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Waikato. Her responsibilities include:
